职位目标

  1. 执行生产计划,保证产量完成

  2. 监控生产流程,保证产品质量满足要求

  3. 监控产品报废率,减少客户投诉

  4. 管理并评估员工工作表现,改善工作效率,提高生产力

  5. 监控生产原材料的使用,降低生产成本

工作内容:

  1. 根据计划安排生产,跟踪进度,按时完成生产目标

  2. 进行生产巡视,对生产作业过程进行监督、保证生产质量

  3. 实时掌握生产信息、做好生产报表并及时与上级领导反馈汇报

  4. 及时对生产异常做出反应,发现问题及时追踪,并提出合理建议

  5. 按时考核员工5S执行力,实施奖惩,确保制度落实

  6. 开展经常性安全检查,杜绝安全隐患,防止安全事故发生

  7. 公平对待下属,关注员工工作生活,了解员工思想动态

  8. 具有较强的责任心和良好的沟通能力,能够合理调动员工工作积极性,解决人员工作调配问题

  9. 及时与上级领导和其他部门沟通,解决生产过程中发生的突发事件

  10. 具有分析问题,解决问题能力,以达到更高的工作效率

  11. 有效地执行相应的环保,安全生产职责

. 任职资格

1.专业知识

具备电子或机电一体化专业知识

  1. 工作经验:

3年以上电子或半导体制造行业工作经验

3.教育背景:

大专

  1. 个人技能及素质:

良好的生产、人员管理能力和团队协助精神

环境状况:良好
