The position is a customer engineering role. The person will support customers to integrate WLAN products into their platforms and support the design phase to the mass production. Needs strong technical skills as well as solid customer skills. The person will work closely with worldwide development engineering team, the customer program managers and application engineering team.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years Software Engineering or related work experience.
2+ years experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
- 3+ years experience on FAE support for Bluetooth/WiFi driver from pre-sales and bring-up,
demonstration to production and maintenance.
-Customer interface experience as well as WLAN and/or Bluetooth experience able to debug, and test software and create technical documentation.
Familiar with Wifi driver/protocol and/or Bluetooth
Debugging skills in embedded environment and Linux driver, WLAN protocol analysis
Good spoken and written English
Self-motivated and work alone with high pressure.
Wireless communication technical knowledge - WLAN 11n, 11ac/11ad.
Driver development experience on Linux or Android, - C/C++.
Bluetooth development and protocol experience is a plus.
System integration, throughput, RF tuning on Linux/Android.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to proactively manage customer expectations to influence customer relations and design Decisions.
Required: BS degree, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering, or Computer science
Preferred: MS degree, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering, or Computer science
