Job Overview

In this leadership role, the successful candidate provides strategic direction for driving sales and marketing for Qualcomm connectivity and networking business within growth for the China market. He/She will develop and execute a multi-faceted sales strategy to grow the business and build the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The Successful candidate will work in parallel with the leadership team to assess and develop effective sales processes, go-to-market strategies, business development initiatives and service delivery. This executive also spearheads major customer opportunities. The successful candidate will promote Qualcomm powered devices throughout China with specific market share and product mix targets. Develop and execute business development initiatives and sales account plans; identify new business opportunities; analyze device and semiconductor competitive landscapes; coordinate and manage Qualcomm OEM sales efforts; influence senior executives of prospective customers on Qualcomm products; champion feature requirements back to product management teams in San Diego.

Minimum Qualifications

1.Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations. Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations efforts.

2.Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

Provide strategic leadership in the following: Formulation of QCT product sales strategy Distribution channel analysis and development New product development planning and management Technology transfer, licensing, partnerships assessment and development Marketing and advertising and promotion planning QCT organization planning (Sales, Marketing and Engineering) and development

Education Requirements

Required: Bachelor's, Business Administration and/or Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience

Preferred: Master's, Business Administration and/or Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science or equivalent experience
