Job Overview

OPEX Budget support for Japan/SEA

OPEX/CAPEX budget management as a FP&A resource of Japan and SEA supporting various regional teams including Sales/Marketing/Engineering/back office team

Annual budgeting, Major and Mini outlooks (HC, labor, travel, marketing, facility, etc)

Monitor local spending and provide monthly variance analysis for SD finance and local teams

Monthly budget to actual communication with regional teams

Daily/recurring operations and closing support

Support the travel reimbursement process, AP invoice process, payment process which are organized by Dalian/Korea finance

Respond to the ad-hoc inquiries from Japan/SEA employees with regard to AP invoice and travel reimbursement

Review and approve EzER/iProc as FA

Monitor Regional Marketing budget spending status closely and provide the appropriate support from the view point of finance

Support Month End Close procedures Accruals (e.g. Open 2way PO accruals, etc)

Provide supplemental support of FCPA controls for Japan/SEA regions

Business related support

Help SEA Sales team launch Demand Generation Programs in SEA by providing the financial analysis and ad-hoc support

Help finance manager provide appropriate analysis/reporting for Quarterly finance management report

Support business integration for any outstanding/potential acquisition

Support finance manager in Japan as the business support according to the request from Regional president

Minimum Qualifications

3-5yr budgeting or analytical experience

Fluent in English

Excel / Power point skill set required

Preferred Qualifications

The following experience and/or qualification would be a big plus

  • work experience at Audit firms, or consulting companies

  • MBA

  • CPA
