In this role your experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and processes will help you analyzes and solve complex business problems. As with any Systems Analyst role, you will be expected to help stakeholder and partners understand best practices and align business needs to simple value add solutions. This role will also require consultation to users of the Identity and Access Management systems. You will be required to lead global cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. In some cases, you may be required to configure system settings and options, plan and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing.
The responsibilities of this role include:
Working with multiple Identity and Access Management systems and processes focused on securing identity and company confidential information.
Interfaces with key stakeholders and business contacts to gather and prioritize business requirements
Using verbal and written communication skills to convey information that may be complex to others who may have limited knowledge of the subject in question. Role may require basic negotiation and influence, cooperation, tact, and diplomacy, etc.
Exercising substantial creativity to innovate new processes, procedures, or work products within guidelines or to achieve established objectives.
Communicates with project lead and internal teams via email and direct conversation to overcome obstacles and resolve any problems.
Prioritizes troubleshooting issues and consults with subject matter experts to troubleshoot complex production-related bugs.
Participates in project review sessions to communicate project status and discuss complex issues.
Prioritizes issues and consults with subject matter experts to resolve complex production-related bugs.
Leads collaboration with more junior and senior Systems Analysts and business partners to document and present recommendations for improvements to existing and new applications and systems.
Identifies resources, delegates work, and reviews the work of team members in order to address changing timelines or priorities.
Manages designated work unit by translating business plans into tactical action items, ensuring all guidelines are followed, delegating tasks to meet goals and objectives, and overseeing the completion of work assignments.
Helps team members to determine which work tasks are most important, manages distractions, and deals with setbacks in a timely manner.

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years IT-relevant work experience OR 7+ years IT-relevant work experience without a bachelors degree
2+ years experience leading informal teams
Experience with Identity and Access Management systems and processes
Required: Bachelor's, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Information Technology or equivalent experience
