General Summary:

Qualcomm is looking for an experienced Product Management leader to join the Compute Business Unit to help drive Windows PC adoption across the global enterprise segment. This leadership role will develop the product roadmap and strategy to accelerate Windows Snapdragon deployment across Enterprise environments. This includes driving the Enterprise AI initiatives for locally trained GenAI models that are customized for business productivity and IT automation.

Windows PCs powered by Snapdragon X Elite are revolutionizing the PC industry by leading the technology transformation for AI, graphics, multimedia, connectivity, power, and performance. A core objective of this leadership role is to develop and execute a strategy that enables Enterprises to deploy Snapdragon X Elite and harness the neural processor (NPU) to deliver custom AI experiences. The enterprise landscape is rapidly expanding expectations for compute performance (CPU/GPU), power efficiency, and ability to execute AI workloads on the edge. The successful candidate will capitalize on this opportunity to strategically accelerate Snapdragon X Elite adoption.

The position requires a deep enterprise understanding spanning IT deployment methodologies, security software solutions, and a proven track record of Enterprise technical engagement. Knowledge of the Windows software stack and GenAI models is a plus.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop the product roadmap and strategy to accelerate Windows Snapdragon deployment in Enterprise environments.

  • Lead the technical discussions across enterprise leadership to capture core deployment and security solution requirements, and drive product/ecosystem solutions to accelerate deployment.

  • Establish the Enterprise AI strategy and product roadmap for Snapdragon X Elite to optimize IT automation and improve business productivity.

  • Partner with ecosystem app developers to enable and optimize their solutions for Windows Snapdragon, leveraging the power of the NPU to deliver market leading solutions.

  • Direct team collaboration in creation of customer research, pilots, and testimonials highlighting Snapdragon Compute leading the Enterprise AI and Digital Workplace transformation

  • Translate customer feedback and external environment into potential changes for the differentiated product roadmap and communicates this to senior leaders

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, and Chipset Product Managers to prioritize and execute on the software strategy and roadmap.

  • Communicates regularly with internal stakeholders and program sponsors to present product goals (e.g., performance, cost, timeline, customer schedules), discuss product feasibility, and facilitate cross-functional decision making for product lines.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.

• 4+ years of Product Management or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6+ years of product management experience

• Proven track record of Enterprise technical engagement

• Relevant knowledge of:

o IT deployment methodologies and security software solutions

o Windows OS Architecture

o GenAI models, use cases, and edge AI

· Experience managing, influencing, negotiating with external partners and customers.

• Experience working with operating budgets and/or project financials.

• Experience working in a large matrixed organization.

Pay range:

$152,000.00 - $228,000.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
