Job Overview

As part of customer engineering team, need to support Qualcomm Android Phone/Tablet/IOT platform customer projects. Will be responsible in bringing the exciting sensors technology to the market and help customers to integrate differentiated features on DSP.

Candidate should have good understanding of Sensor peripherals, Android sensor framework (Mobiles, IOT, wearable etc.) and good debug skills to triage sensor issues across different layers.

Strong C programming and embedded knowledge.

Good knowledge and hands-on experience in any RTOS and Linux Kernel and HAL.

Good knowledge on peripherals like SPI, I2C.

Candidate should have strong will to learn new technologies and work with cross functional.

Good to have

oAndroid User Space knowledge

oPrior experience or knowledge on microcontrollers and microprocessor and smart devices platforms.

oKnowledge on ARM or DSP processor internal architecture (Cache, interrupts, Memory barriers, Strong ordering etc.,).

Algorithm porting work on any DSP

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

1+ years experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

1 to 5 years of experience with embedded systems

Knowledge and experience in driver development on one or more operating systems including RTOS or any embedded operating system.

Good analytical and problem solving skills.

Must be proficient in C.

Good understanding of microprocessor, multiprocessor architecture.

Good understanding of basic real-time/embedded programming concepts & RTOS concepts

Education Requirements

BE/BTech/MTech Electronics and Communication , Computer Science
