Procurement Systems Analyst/Senior Procurement Systems Analyst

Provide reporting and analytic support to Sourcing & Procurement to facilitate Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement and Supplier Management efforts including market intelligence research, value tracking, analysis and reporting, etc.
Aggregate data for in-process and completed sourcing events for pipeline reporting, analysis, and budget savings integration
Coordinate the reporting activities to support the category teams and overall cost savings program
Apply detailed analytics to create financial forecast models and multi-year savings business cases
Create, compile, maintain and socialize the sourcing savings scorecards for current and future years
Ensure local Procurement Scorecard KPIs are built and reported locally and manage the reporting process
Validate any promised compliance reports are built and reported on time (as appropriate)
Support supplier analysis and industry analysis Primary Functional Responsibility Areas

Minimum of 5 years experience preferably in a global procurement organization.
Good knowledge of procurement business processes, tools and systems.
Strong analytical, industry benchmarking and market intelligence skills to support sourcing and procurement function.
Strong skills of Excel, database management, word processing and power point applications.
Strong knowledge of procurement ERP systems and tools like Oracle, SAP, Ariba, Coupa etc. Good interpersonal, reports processing and presentation skills.
Experience working with cross functional and virtual stakeholders in a global organization.
Accountable and responsible with ability to function effectively while operating independently as well as within a team environment.
- Prior MNC experience
- Bachelors Degree in Commerce or Engineering or Business preferably with an MBA (Business Administration)
