Job Overview

Provide global process definition, training, maintenance, and ownership of key Source2Pay processes including category management, strategic sourcing, contracting, procurement, supplier management and demand management. Continually embed world class process understanding and discipline in the organization.

Key Activities

  • Provide service excellence to business partners through establishing effective relationships, partnerships, strategies, processes, and systems

  • Facilitate both the customer service & compliance process and managing and monitoring internal compliance

  • Implement and track compliance processes (e.g.: audit management, process & policy compliance, etc.)

  • Develop change management & training requirements for relevant stakeholder groups

  • Provide process Subject Matter Expertise to S2P personnel regarding processes

  • Responsible for working closely with S2P leads to identify, select, and enable preferred processes

  • Develop and implement training programs (e.g. education and change management plans) Primary Functional Responsibility Areas

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience preferably in a global procurement organization.

  • Good knowledge of procurement business processes, tools and systems.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify problems, gather requirements, and implement solutions with limited supervision.

  • Good skills of Excel, database management, word processing and power point applications.

  • Good knowledge of procurement ERP systems and tools like Oracle, SAP, Ariba, Coupa etc. Experience working with cross functional and virtual stakeholders in a global organization.

  • Accountable and responsible with ability to function effectively while operating independently as well as within a team environment.

  • Flexibility to manage changing priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an MNC

Education Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Commerce or Engineering or Business preferably with an MBA (Business Administration)
