Qualcomm's Corporate IT organization seeks a candidate with AirWatch MDM and Mobile Management exposure.
This position will reside in a team that provides Enterprise technologies and solutions to the entire Organization.
The MDM Administrator is responsible for system architecture, tracking, and troubleshooting mobile devices and administering the AirWatch cloud environment for our business units.
Also ensure that all mobile devices and activations are in compliance with Clients policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter working with minimal supervision, adaptable, great communicator, results driven, and have a desire to investigate and implement solutions for a large, multi-faceted, Fortune 500 company.The job will involve exposure to:
AirWatch on mobile devices. AirWatch Professional / equivalent MDM Certification & Microsoft Office 365 MCSA certification would be preferred.
Managing iOS and Android devices
Intermediate Microsoft SQL and PowerShell scripting.
On-call availablity to independently monitor requests after-hours/weekends.
Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
Tracking of device inventory in the MDM cloud environment and performing audits of the AirWatch system.
Mobile, e-mail and on-site problem diagnosis and resolution.
Systems Administration of the MDM AirWatch cloud.
Administering and maintaining of the AirWatch Installation and configuration systems and knowledge telecommunication systems.
Enforcing mobile device policies and procedures in the MDM AirWatch environment.
Liaison with Messaging and Infra Teams for installations, deployments and, troubleshooting of new AirWatch releases and also evaluate new OS mobile device releases for IOS, Android, and Windows.
Prioritizing and executing tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
Conducting research and resolve tickets from the end user community for mobile device issues and new products.
Bachelors degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems) OR Bachelors degree in a non-technical field (e.g. Business, Humanities, Marketing) and 1+ years IT-relevant experience OR High School diploma or equivalent and 3+ years IT-relevant experience.
