Senior HR Assistant

The main responsibilities is to support & help the HR team through the daily works.
Act as a key local HR contact to support employees various HR requests such as employees questions on company HR policies, procedures & system, employment related certificate, Beijing Resident Permit application.
Manage employees life cycle events such as on-boarding, new hire orientation, contract renewal and exit process.
Complete a variety of HR projects requiring the ability to collect, organize and analyze data.
Maintain, manage and regularly audit employees p-file.
Organize and provide logistic support to employees activity.
Support the administrative needs for the HR function.
At least two years working experience in HR function
Have good understanding to the labor law and local labor regulations/policies
Be able to professionally manage day to day details; follow up and take things to their logical conclusion
Have excellent client interaction skills; can think at a high level and come up with new ideas
Have the abilities to work in a fast paced environment and to handle multiple tasks at the same time
Be proactive, hardworking, dedicated, efficient and team player
Have the ability to prepare reports and analysis
Possess excellent verbal/written English communication skills
Have excellent MS office skills including PPT, Excel, Word.
Required: Bachelor's, Business Administration or equivalent experience
Preferred: Master's, Business Administration
