Job Overview

At Qualcomm China, the temp will join China marketing team and responsible for working with social marketing team and cross functional team to execute regional social activities.

This temp will work closely with communications and marketing teams as well as regional cross functional teams, like product marketing, business development, sales, finance to support relevant marketing campaigns, key industry events, key press release and social co-operations.

Core work activities

Co-work with cross functional team to execute campaign based digital/social activities with specific goals within budget. Working with team members and partners to create execution plans to achieve goals. Make sure the internal stakeholders and external partners are fully briefed on objective, strategy, tactics and progress

Work with research groups to set out social communication annual measurement plan, social campaign metrics, competitor in-depth study on social platforms

Manage social agencies to produce impactful social content, manage qualitative social campaigns, create rigorous analytical processes to deliver cost-effective social daily communication activities and social campaigns

Determine the most effective channel mix to well amplify Qualcomm/Snapdragons brand value

Manage internal process

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree is required

Preferred Qualifications

Experience for working in a global marketing team, fluency in both English and Chinese

Passion for high-tech industries

3-5 years of relevant marketing team management experience or marketing agency/consumer marketing communications/internet & mobile internet companies related experience

Good sense of creative and content

In-depth knowledge and experience with consumer trends, social and digital marketing, social analytics, reports and campaign management

Self-motivated and comfortable working with limited supporting, has the ability to deal with multiple tasks

Education Requirements

Bachelors degree is required
