The position

In order to succeed and grow in our dynamic organization, you:

  • Act as the local product expert as you are the primary point of contact for any request regarding functional or technical aspects of the product;

  • Support sales reps and partners to help prospects define their specifications, to put together commercial offers, and you are leading the writing of the technical response to RFPs/tenders;

  • Lead successful delivery of PoC (proof of concept) to demonstrate the integration of medical device data into EMRs or other solutions powered by Capsule;

  • Take pride in the product and are interested in the market as well, so you can support questions from the field about the market, the competitors and the product;

  • Train partners and end users and support the sales process effectively;

  • Attend local tradeshows and specialized events;

  • Document your pre-sales activities so they can be smoothly transferred to the Service post-sales team once Capsule is the selected vendor;

  • Be the field expert internally to Capsule and are able to provide feedback about new product requirements, objections, competitive intelligence, new technologies and future trends.

Minimum Qualifications - Deeply passionate about technology-enabled healthcare and

  • Bring a clinical background or experience from working in clinical environment. You will receive deep product specific training;

  • Understand how to influence prospects in making the right technical choices according to their clinical requirements, their technical environment and their network/IT infrastructure;

Preferred Qualifications You have a Masters degree in engineering with a strong background in either IT or biomedical engineering. You are a native Japanese speaker and have a fluent English, it is a huge plus if you speak Chinese. You are a self-driven, passionate individual with great spoken and written communication skills. You are willing to travel up to 50% of your time across the region; on occasions and based on the teams needs you are happy to travel outside North Asia.
