Responsibilities for this position will focus in applying data mining techniques to drive achievement of yield, test time and retest rate targets across products. Analyze frontend and backend test results to identify areas for improvements for FAB process, yield and test. Perform statistical analysis to support key improvement initiatives across functional teams (Product/Process/Assembly/Test/Operations). Build high quality automated alert process for early issue detection. Setup, improve or customize analysis tools to support worldwide users.
Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
Proficient in using Optimal Plus, Datapower, MS Office, programming (C, C++, PERL).
Good understanding of probability and statistics
Strong analytical and data management skillsets
Basic understanding of VLSI technologies and semiconductor physics, fabrication process
Knowledge on Semiconductors Product Development life cycle, assembly and test methodologies.
1-3 years' experience in Product Engineering or Test Engineering can be considered for this position
Excellent communication skills, highly adaptable and able to work with multi-site cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Machine Learning algorithms and Data Science is a plus.
Familiarity with SOC Automated Test Equipment (Advantest 93K or Teradyne UltraFlex) system is a plus.
