Location California - San Jose

Job Overview - Provide engineering with test equipment from inventory.

  • Monitor and ensure lab M&TE compliance to ISO9001 certification and company quality policies

  • Responsible for equipment moves, deliveries and pick-ups as directed. Create material requisitions for equipment, parts, and tools to support engineering and manufacturing personnel

  • Interface with vendors and sales engineers regarding test equipment and tools, as directed by the Supervisor

  • Assist in ensuring timely calibration and repair of the test equipment inventory

  • Conduct monthly inventory of all test equipment. Generate database reports as required

  • Generate database reports and perform special projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications - Experience working with various accounting and/or asset management databases, such as Oracle Enterprise systems, Fixed Assets Registers, HP AssetManager, or Microsoft Access

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel

  • Type at least 50 WPM

  • Customer Service experience

Preferred Qualifications - Degree in Planning, Accounting or Finance preferred

  • Organizational skills with experience handling multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of measurement and test equipment general operation

Education Requirements High school diploma minimum. Associate's degree or Certificate from a certified trade school in electronics preferred
