Job Overview Responsibilities of the Project Analyst include:

  • Coordinate monthly test time and yield forecast process, manage data in planning system, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure data is accurate and complete.

  • Gather, prepare, and analyze data for review of changes and metrics on a monthly basis. Identify and highlight gaps to the Engineering team.

  • Coordinate project resource forecasting activities within and across departments.

  • Ensure that all teams work towards the same deadlines.

  • Derive, analyze, and report on cost of test for key products and evaluate financial variance on a quarterly basis.

  • Work with Engineering team leads to gather staffing requirements and manage data in the resource planning system.

  • Arrange regular meetings to review and gain consensus on projected resource requirements and ensure that requirements are aligned between different departments and the project roadmap.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Program Management, Operations, Engineering, etc.) to ensure projections are accurate and complete.

  • Prepare and publish regular staffing/headcount reports, provide summaries, identify gaps and issues, and support Sr. Management with ad hoc data analysis requests.This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience with quantitative analytics.

  • Experience in effective communication, teamwork, collaboration, and relationship management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of procurement processes and financial analysis

  • Previous headcount planning and work experience in a business analyst role desirable, preferably in an Engineering environment

  • Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication or testing a plus

  • Experience with IBM Cognos/TM1 a plus

  • Demonstrated skills in effective communication, teamwork, collaboration, and relationship management.

  • Experience with conceptual problem solving, and attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office applications with efficient MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree with quantitative or engineering related focus. Graduate work (e.g. MBA, MS, etc) and/or Project Mgmt course work a plus.
