Job Overview The developer position performs a key role to deliver models and reports. The position is directly responsible in building and maintaining TM1 solutions. The primary focus of this role is the ongoing and future development of the new and current models. The candidate has to have hands on and in depth experience with the IBM TM1.

Minimum Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years development experience working with IBM TM1 vers 10.1 and above including:

*Experience with IBM TM1 10.1, experienced with TM1 server maintenance, environment setup, cube design, and application design including knowledge of TM1 Rules and TM1 processes

*Experience using TM1 in conjunction with Oracle databases

*Experience with ETL development using Turbo Integrator / Informatica

*Experience planning, budgeting, and forecasting functions and business processes

*Data modeling experience and familiar with Data Warehouse best practices (Kimball, Inman)

*Relational database development and design knowledge including Oracle, SQL skills

Preferred Qualifications 3-5 years experience TM1 reporting and data analysis

3-5 years experience in Cognos TM1 application development

5 years experience supporting end users and production processes

5 years experience designing, developing, and maintaining TM1 applications

Must have good skills in data analysis, problem solving, oral and written communication

Must have some data modeling and BI modeling experience

Must have ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment

Must be able to lead projects and work activities with minimal supervision

Able to train others in tools usage and best practices

Education Requirements Bachelor's, Accounting and/or Computer Science and/or Finance and/or Information Technology or equivalent experience
