Job Overview This is an exciting opportunity to work directing with the Legal IT teams to drive process development. You will be directly responsible for ensuring our IT applications are being used in the most efficient manner to support our Legal IT teams.
Responsible for IT process development and application management for our Legal IT stakeholders and customers.
Using Jira to create advanced ticketing workflows to support Legal IT requirements.
Working directly with IT to create and edit complex Jira configurations.
Understanding existing Legal IT processes to identify areas for new development or process changes.
Responsible for gathering customer requirements needed for development, QA and infrastructure teams and communicating the requirements back to the corresponding teams. This includes both new feature requests and bug fixes.
Documenting detailed customer requirements and changes.
Working directly with stakeholders and customers in-person, over the phone and by email.
Assisting with creating training documentation and presentations.
Providing timely communication of status and issues to IT management and stakeholders/customers.
Minimum Qualifications * At least 3 years of advanced administration configuration experience with Jira.
At least 3 years of experience with Confluence.
At least 3 years of Agile/SCRUM methodology experience.
Must be experienced with office productivity applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with Bamboo and Fisheye a major plus.
Familiarity with SharePoint.
Familiarity with Bugzilla.
Familiarity with SalesForce.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required.
Must be able to multi-task and work on a large number of tasks simultaneously.
Must be very comfortable talking in front of groups.
Strong initiative and interpersonal skills a must.
Ability to work with minimal supervision or direction.
Strong collaboration and communications skills are required.
Solid problem solving capability a must.
Education Requirements Preferred: Bachelor's, Information Technology or equivalent experience
