Job Overview * Contribute and actively participate in developing and defining a comprehensive 5yr Strategic Growth Plan for Qualcomms business units;

  • Conduct business case development and scenario planning with detailed financial/P&L analysis for multiple projects;

  • Identify gaps and opportunities in the market for new growth, and develop key strategic and execution initiatives;

  • Research new business opportunities in the market as well as customer research, current client problems, or issues and specific market trends;

  • Foster strategic ecosystem partnerships, identify opportunities and incubate new businesses;

Minimum Qualifications * 10+ years of Strategy, Marketing or Business development experience with a technical background in mobile/wireless industry.

Preferred Qualifications * Demonstrated strategic thinking including ability to analyze complex business problems, develop supporting analysis, and present in a clear and simple manner for an executive audience

  • Deep understanding of mobile/smartphone and IoT industry.

  • Strong skills in objective market research, strategy formulation, implementation, and execution.

  • Strong negotiation skills in dealing w/ internal and external stakeholders and partners.

  • Strong Financial skills (analysis, valuation, and modeling).

  • Strong written communication skills (esp. executive presentations).

  • Self-driven and motivated with strong persuasive skills.

  • Frequent travel will be necessary (>25%).

Education Requirements Required: Bachelor's, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering

Required: Master's, Business Administration
