Job Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing data from various QTI engineering data sources

  • Translating data to useful information that can be utilized to drive business decisions

  • Use predictive analytic techniques to develop quantitative models (e.g., forecast, operational, financial and statistical models of business trends).Analyze data from various QTI engineering data sources and extract information that can be leveraged for business decisions and process improvement initiatives. Provide reporting and data visualization solution that synthesizes the information in a manner consumable by different audiences in the organization. Use predictive analytic techniques to develop quantitative models (e.g., forecast, operational, financial and statistical models of business trends)

Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of experience in the following areas required:

  • Data modeling and SQL

  • Business Intelligence experience

  • Machine learning techniques

  • Experience in reporting and data visualization

  • Experience in R, Python, Perl or other scripting language

  • Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle

  • Experience with statistical methods such as GLM and ANOVA, discrete data methods, time series methods, distribution modeling, cluster analysis, mathematical optimization, and other data mining methods

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in C# and .NET programming

  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a diverse, fast-paced, and collaborative environment

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and react to changing priorities

  • A passion for problem solving using mathematical approaches

  • Ability to design experiments and interpret the results to draw detailed and actionable conclusions

  • Ability to generate ideas for exploratory analysis to shape future projects and provide recommendations for action

  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams across disciplines such as product engineering, operations, and marketing

Education Requirements Required: Bachelor's, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science

Preferred: Master's, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science
