Job Overview QCT Software Automation and Tools (QSWAT) group is looking for full-time engineers to develop and maintain cutting edge applications. The QSWAT team develops tools that are used by majority of QCT's development and test organizations to support the development and delivery of Qualcomms software. Candidates will be a member of a Scrum team and be responsible for design, development and testing. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of development experience, previous experience doing full stack web development work, and strong C#/ASP.NET MVC or PHP/ASP.NET MVC skills. Majority of the tools are web-based (ASP.NET MVC) and may have a scripting (primarily Python) component.

Minimum Qualifications 6 months to 6 years of academic or industry experience in the following:

  • C#/PHP and .NET framework experience including enterprise application development

  • Full stack web development (ASP.NET MVC or other)

  • Scripting languages such as Python/Perl/Bash

  • SQL Server 2012/2014 or related databases including working with ORMs such as Entity Framework and/or Dapper

  • Web client side technologies such as Typescript/Javascript, Angular, CSS etc.

  • Unit testing and functional testing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with distributed technologies (Web services, SOAP, REST, WebAPI, microservices, etc.,)

  • DevOps mindset and experience with test and continuous deployment

  • Ability to communicate clearly, organize effectively and document work thoroughly

  • Ability to multitask and flexibility to adjust to changing priorities

Education Requirements Required: Bachelor's, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science

Preferred: Master's, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science
