Job Overview Unique opportunity to become a key member of the Corporate Shared Services Finance team. The individual will assist in the preparation of the HR, Fringe and Insurance related budgets and outlooks as well as provide department level finance support to these organizations. Responsibilities include actively supporting key functional partners/customers with decision support analysis. Responsibilities also include preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial schedules, reviews, and variance analyses. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess the flexibility to work on various projects and deliverables simultaneously.
Minimum Qualifications Required 5+ years experience with the following:
Accounting/Finance with emphasis in accounting and financial reporting.
MS applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)
Planning /ERP experience
Preferred Qualifications Preferred- Oracle/TM1 experience
-Candidate must demonstrate to be an independent problem solver, to work under ambiguous parameters, and to have intellectual curiosity.
-The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative skills with some experience with financial modeling. Should have the ability to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to existing complex processes.
-Must be detail-oriented and able to handle high volume of transactions. Excellent communications skills; ability to present complex financial topics in a clear and simple manner, both verbal and written.
-Should possess extensive experience synthesizing complex data sets and preparing and delivering high-level reports and presentations to senior management.
Education Requirements Required: Bachelor's, Accounting and/or Finance
Preferred: Master's, Business Administration
