General Summary:

Elternzeitvertretung befristet auf Zwei Jahre

Aufgaben:

• Verantwortung für die Prozessqualität der Herstellungsprozesse von Wafer-Technologien (innovative Wafer-Stacks) für HF-Filter

• Kontinuierliche Überprüfung der Wirksamkeit von Qualitätskontrollen mit Qualitätsinstrumenten wie FMEA, Prozessablauf- und Kontrollplan (PFCP), DOEs usw.

• Pflege der relevanten PFMEAs in der PLATO e1ns FMEA & PFCP Software

• Unterstützung bei der Fehleranalyse und Ursachenermittlung von Qualitätsproblemen (8D, CARs)

• Koordination von Korrekturmaßnahmen in der Waferfertigung in München nach internen und externen Reklamationen, Audits und KVP-Aktivitäten

• Kommunikation mit den Frontend-/Backend-Standorten in Asien

• Mitwirkung bei der Einführung neuer Technologien in die Massenproduktion

Erforderliche Ausbildung:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Physik, Physikalischen Chemie, Materialwissenschaften, Mikrosystemtechnik oder vergleichbares Studium

Erforderliche Kenntnisse:

• Fundierte Kenntnisse (>3 Jahre) in den Bereichen Kristallographie, Bruchmechanik und Dünnschichttechnologie

• Erfahrung mit Halbleiter- und Wafer-Fertigungsprozessen

• Kenntnisse verschiedener physikalischer und chemischer Analysemethoden

• Kenntnisse in statistischen Methoden und Versuchsdesigns wie SPC, DOE, ANOVA oder (Lean) Six Sigma Green Belt

• Kenntnisse von Qualitätswerkzeugen wie FMEA, 8D, Control Plans, Ishikawa etc.

• Grundkenntnisse in Datenbanken und Datenanalyse

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

OR

Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
