We are looking for a Development of integrated analog and RF circuitry for next generation wireless standards. Be a part of a world-class team.
2+ years of industry experience in analog and/or RFIC design
Being a designer and owner of at least 2 custom blocks from initial design to Tape Out. Solid understanding of the designs details, tradeoffs, and alternatives of at least one of the following topics:
High speed circuits
PLL or clock generation circuitry
Bias and sensors bandgap, LDO, thermal and voltage sensorsAdvantage for experience in advanced process nodes:
40nm and below.
Familiarity with Cadence ADE is a must. Proved solid knowledge in at least 2 of the following items:MatlabVerilogLayoutEM tool (e.g. Momentum, HFSS, CST)Digital team interfacing (timing, backend, verification)Laboratory measurements and investigations

Bachelor's, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
