Minimum Qualifications Qualcomm Israel is looking for a semiconductor Product & Test Engineer to work in Operations in the Haifa office.
5+ years of experience in semiconductor PTEMandatory:
Experience in close work with HVM SATs [TSMC, GF, Amkor, ASE or similar]
Experience with semiconductor production testers [uFLEX, 93K]
Development of test programs and transfer to production
Interface with design, process, System, test teams to resolve technical issues
Fast turnaround and execution
Preferred Qualifications An advantage:
Familiar with Silicon pre/post Tape out activities
Familiar with FAs and PFAs with FA-houses.
RF knowledge: Experience in communication systems, emphasis on wireless products
Understanding in Package Semiconductor Assembly process activity & execution
Understanding in silicon process activities and pre/post TO activity & execution
DFT experienceResponsibilities:Will be working in the PTE team responsible for:Test program development & full ownership.Preparation to production [Sort, FT] in SATs
