The team at the heart of this technology is looking for senior design verification engineers with advanced skills at the module and chip level to help bring our leading edge designs to life. As a wireless verification engineer, you will be responsible for the verification of digital baseband modem designs by developing test plans using SystemVerilog and verification environments using UVM, and applying these to verify a broad spectrum of wireless designs. You will work closely with ASIC, systems and firmware engineers in formulating test cases and test vectors. Assertions, simulation, formal verification, HW-SW co-verification and constraint/HVL-based verification are all tools in our verification toolbox you will use on a daily basis.

Minimum Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of post-graduate professional working experience performing functional design verification of ASIC/RTL digital circuits using SystemVerilog in a UVM or OVM environment.

  • Wireless or wireline modem communications or DSP background.

  • Extensive knowledge of fine-pitch CMOS design processes, RTL design, design (hw/sw) verification tools and techniques, computer architecture, etc.

  • Advanced scripting and automation skills: Unix/Linux shell programming, Perl, Java, Makefile, XML.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Module or chip level verification ownership.

  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving and test planning skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Education Requirements Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is required.
