General Summary:

Develops, defines, and executes plans of record, including: schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks. Monitors and drives the program from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders across functions on technical matters, as needed. Monitors budget/spending, on-time delivery, and achievement of program milestones. Represents the program and drives alignment across stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• 4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.

• 3+ years of working with operating budgets, resources, and/or project financials.

GENERAL SUMMARY/Job Overview: This high visibility demanding job role will cater to:

· Engineering Program Management for embedded ADAS software deliveries catering to Auto Industry

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Seasoned Program Manager with a must-embedded software/firmware experience at SoC driver level, who can manage a portfolio of embedded software feature for ADAS SW deliveries spread across multiple product lines, for top tier auto OEMs/Tier1. These features are built/tested/delivered through teams spread across the geo.

· Stakeholder Management: Collaborates with key stakeholders and program sponsors to develop goals, set the prioritization of deliverables, discuss involvement of business processes (e.g., program change management, communication), secure resources and drives/enables decisions necessary for on time delivery.

· Program Planning/Execution: Develops and manages the execution of the program Plan of Record (e.g., on time, on budget, within scope) for Embedded Software. Establishes key program metrics and manages team to take action to ensure program success when metrics deviate from Plan of Record.

· Risk Management: Drives teams to identify program issues/risks and work with them in developing the associated mitigation strategies.

· Governance: Effectively Prepare, Facilitate and Enable Steering Committee / Governance Meetings

Note: A pure play Program Manager with only program execution and getting things done focus, will not be the right fit for this role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 6+ years Program Management experience managing complex multi stakeholder embedded SW programs end to end – is well versed in the Software development lifecycle of embedded software/firmware and associated nuances.

· Ability to build and assess program progress through identified software metrics.

· Strong Risk Management Skills.

· Strong communication/presentation skills as this role demands a lot of interactions with Sr. Management and with Customers.

· Experience managing ADAS SW deliveries along with technical exposure be highly valued

· Auto experience of ASPICE will be a plus.

· Master/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related field.

· 35+ years working with PPM tool for resource for project resource management, budget management and tracking project financials actuals vs. estimation.

· PMP Certification be good to have
